No experience required! Discovery flights are designed around your experience level and are perfect for complete beginners. Your cerficied instructor will guide you through the entire experience step-by-step answering and any all questions.
Wear comfortable, seasonally appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid any abundance of loose items that can interfere with ability to operate controls. We recommend layers as temperature can vary at attitude.
Safety is our top priority. Our aircraft is meticulously maintained and instructors are highly experienced. It's normal to feel nervous, whether that be fear or excitement - your instructor will help you feel comfortable and confident and never force you into something. Fly as much or as little as you see fit, this experience is about YOU! Also ensure to arrive hydrated and fed, as it will assist with avoiding any potential nausea etc.
Family and friends are welcome to watch your takeoff and landing from a comfortable viewing area, they are also welcome to come along for the ride provided they fill out the needed paperwork and weight restrictions allow. Our plane can hold a maximum of 3 people excluding the instructor.
